Good pole; Great Customer Service Initially I was impressed when I pulled it out of the package. It is a very nice looking rod and came just as it was described. I will be using this in saltwater and it is heavy enough to handle the larger size of fish I will hopefully be catching. There was a small issue but the sellers were very good about taking care of this. I would recommend this pole to anyone; for freshwater or saltwater.
Rod is cosmetically really good looking. Note Rod is cosmetically really good looking. Note: it iss rated for 30 to 50lb test line. That means you’re fishing saltwater in-shore areas. We’ll be using it around Espíritu Santo for trigger, pargo & dorado in the 10-25lb range.Would also be great in Northern Saskatchewan for fly-in lakes like Dore where the Pike are 20-30lb. This would be sweet for fishing pike.
… got this for my grandson who lives in the Great Lakes Area I got this for my grandson who lives in the Great Lakes Area, he used it over Christmas here in Florida in the river and worked great, out on the open water it is to light. I got him the 7 ft and for the price it has a nice feel working live bait or just jigging.
