  1. Great for the bank fisherman, or checking banks where the boat can’t go. I purchased the iBobber in July, 2014 and I am extremely happy with it. I don’t own a boat and I do a lot of bank fishing. The iBobber helps me find fish when they are there, and perhaps more importantly tells me if there are NO fish where I am fishing. Then I know not to waste my time there. It is easy to cast and I have not had any issues with syncing the unit to my iPhone 5.

  2. We will wait for Ibobber 2 Here is the deal. The ibobber sees everything as fish. Tree limbs, brush, man made structure and weeds. It showed fish everywhere we put it on the lake. We thought this was odd so we brought along a friend and his underwater view camera. Bingo we were not seeing fish but tree limbs, brush, man made PVC structure. One time it showed 12 fish when we looked at the camera screen we saw a large tree with about twelve limbs not twelve fish.

  3. iBobber! Great product for the price. Have taken the iBobber on quite a few fishing trips. It works as advertised without many frills. Works just as well as you would expect a bluetooth operated sonar. I primarily use it to get depth, floor mapping, and water temperature. It will read logs as fish at times, but, i feel it would be something you cant avoid. I also use this off of docks and shores, mostly for Largemouth Bass. Connection was solid, no issues syncing to my iPad with Retina Display. Will need to restart occasionally…
