  1. Works well…But a little big… buy smaller I really like these gloves. Unfortunately, when I was finally able to utilize these gloves, I realized the biggest problem was the size. I intended to use this for fly fishing, where you really need the dexterity of your fingers and whole hand. They do keep your hands warm and getting them wet, they insulate your hand until they actually dry. The rubber textures hold your equipment as well as fish. My advice is to take your normal/average size for your hand and go at least one size down…

Great for warmth, a litte bulky for fishing These gloves are perfect for keeping yer’ mitts warm and safe from cuts and blisters but I prefer a style that uses a little thinner fabric for flexibility and “feel.” With a thinner fabric, it is also possible to design gloves so they can be right OR left but these are not reversible in any way. My daughter and granddaughter have to care for the livestock in the coldest temps doing everything from milking the goats, cleaning and filling quail, chicken, goat, dog waters & feed, to spreading hay. These gloves are flexible enough for the small tasksbut sturdy protection for the tough ones. A little big for their hands but they love these gloves!
