Great kids fishing rods! Purchased two of these rods to take my grandkids fishin’. They were definitely ready to graduate from their bamboo poles. This is an uncomplicated rig that was easy to set up, and the children quickly mastered casting. They (and I) really enjoyed these rods! A great purchase!
Great for kids I was looking for something beyond a toy for my 5 and 11 year-old daughters to use on a camping trip and after reading the reviews decided to try this. It’s definitely several steps above a toy and is much more of a real fishing rod. It took my 5 year-old less than 5 minutes to learn how to cast and reel the line back in. In under 10 minutes she was casting a good 20ft and having so much fun that her elder brothers decided they’d like to try it. It turned out to be a great addition to our trip.
