Awesome I am giving you this rating, because my son bought 2 pair for the boat which I am constantly trying to find, and these aluminum pliers are the best…when I saw your aluminum pliers have a d ring attachment, I had to jump on them, I bought three, but don’t think I’ll share, don’t want them sprouting legs and walking off!!
Good value for price I have now spent a week using these pliers every day in a sandy, salty ocean environment. I have been very happy with the performance of the pliers in general. The cutters are really good on monofilament and fair on braided line (I would often have to “bite” it two or three times to get a cut). The construction seems fairly sturdy although I saw some offset in the jaws a couple of times when I grasped a hook to remove it from a fish’s mouth. Overall a good product and good value.
Great tool for fisherman I fish saltwater. These pliers are very good for my application. They are lightweight , do not rust and function perfectly so far. I have used the cutter for mono and braid line and they cut well. The ring separator on the tips are great for replacing hooks on top water lures and the de hooking function works well too. All in all good pliers . I recommend them and would buy them again myself.
