I really like this rod Good rack. Its pretty lightweight and it does a good job holding my medium rods without too much trouble. One thing, though. I don’t think it would hold larger rods very well. To me, it seems like there’s not enough room, but also I have rods that weigh more than the stand, so I assume it wouldn’t take much to knock it over. But I really liked it, and so does my fiance. Much better than trying to store them awkwardly anywhere else.
Great looking, but not necessarily durable I purchased this for my boyfriend as a gift this Christmas. He was thrilled! The assembly was quick and easy, taking about a minute without any tools whatsoever. All we had to do was put the center poles together via a screw connection, screw the wooden pole into the base, put the top piece with rubber clips on and twist on the final piece of the center pole.
