Perfect cheap scale for fishing I almost didn’t buy this item due to reading a review saying the hook wasn’t large enough to hold a fish. That simply isn’t true. This scale won’t hold an 80-lb paddlefish, but I’m confident that it can be used for up to medium size catfish, bass, bluegill, etc. I’m very excited to give this item to my husband for Christmas.
