  1. Trouble is the pole.. Here’s the real deal on this package. The game itself is pretty good, fun enough and it does what it says. The issue is the pole. I rarely complain about products; my attitude is usually “buyer beware” and I cut my losses, but I can’t believe they released this pole product like it is. The reeling mechanism is not engineered very intuitively, thus it “falls off track” literally 2 out of every 3 casts or so. You’ll have to pop it open, and tediously put it back into it’s track constantly…

  2. psyclone strikes again Psyclone has a reputation for building poor peripherals. They developed that reputation during the early Guitar Hero 3 craze. Although attractive, you’ll find their products don’t work well. For heaven’s sake, PLEASE don’t buy the bundle.I’m NOT an avid fisher, but I wanted to do a little product testing before I gave this bundle as a gift.   3. there isn’t any tension in reeling in the fish. I know this is a small complaint on an overall excellent game. without the reel, I’d rate the game one star because pressing the B button to reel in a fish really is BORING. to bring up the correct configuration for the peripheral you must use the controller B configuration.Casting: Casting out the line in my opinion is the best part of the game.
