Total garbage I just received this item today. As soon as I unpacked it and put it together I could see it was very poorly constructed. The bar that is supposed to prevent it from collapsing while being loaded, does not stay in place. The handle fits so loosely into the tubes that hold it to the frame, it flops around. In its open position the cart is not rigid and can sway back and forth by a considerable amount. Even the bungee cords are so thin and weak, I very much doubt they would hold anything in…
